KING'S LACROSSE FALLS TO MESSIAH
GRANTHAM -- Nick Ricucci and John Murdoch scored four goals each to lead the host Messiah College men's lacrosse team to a 14-5 victory over King's College in a Middle Atlantic Conference matchup Saturday in Grantham.
With the win Messiah improved to 5-4 overall and 2-0 in the MAC while King's fell to 3-4 and 0-2.
Brendan Novotny led King's with two goals while
Kris Skewes and
Ryan Lachner followed with one goal and one assist apiece.
Rusty Booth tallied one goal for the Monarchs while
Curtis Reinard and Dan Carducci chipped in with one assist each.
Tim Cassi made 14 saves in goal for King's.
King's returns to action on Wednesday when the Monarchs host Manhattanville College at 4:00 p.m. at Betzler Fields.
