KING'S WOMEN'S LACROSSE DROPS 14-10 VERDICT TO NEW PALTZ
WILKES-BARRE – The King's College women's lacrosse team dropped a second straight close contest as the Lady Monarchs fell to visiting SUNY-New Paltz 14-10 Wednesday night at McCarthy Stadium.
Chelsea Manes led King's offensively with four goals while adding three ground balls. Krystina Villarreal tallied three goals while Andrea Alesso, Shannon Ellis, and Katie Mangan added one goal apiece. Stephanie Wilde corralled a team-high four ground balls while Megan Mundy followed with three.
King's returns to action Saturday with a 1:00 p.m. home match with Elizabethtown College.
