WILKES-BARRE - - The King's College women's lacrosse team is hosting FDU-Florham in conference action Tuesday at McCarthy Stadium at the Robert L. Betzler Athletic Complex with the game slated to start at 4:00 p.m.

King's enters with a 0-11 overall record and a 0-6 MAC mark after dropping a 17-1 decision to Eastern University on Saturday. Freshman Krystina Villarreal leads the team with 17 points on 16 goals and one assist. Freshman Chelsea Manes follows with 14 points on 14 points while also contributing 28 ground balls on defense. Freshman Andrea Alesso has nine points on seven goals and two assists. Junior Sarah O'Doherty contributes six points on five goals and one assist. Senior Shannon Ellis has been strong on defense with 27 ground balls, while Meg Mundy and Stephanie Wilde both add 24 ground balls each. Sophomore Jade Zuniga has 20 ground balls, while Junior Katie Mangan tallies 17 ground balls. In goal, junior Rebecca Abruzzese has 101 saves in 660 minutes.
FDU-Florham stands at 9-4 on the year and 7-1 in MAC play after dropping a 12-9 decision to Messiah on Saturday. Lindsay Parent tops the squad with 46 points on 32 goals and 14 assists. Linda Bohn follows with 42 points on 22 goals and 20 assists. Kristen Schuster adds 39 points on 31 goals and eight assists while Brena Kilpatrick contributes 26 points on 21 goals and five assists. In goal Kelly Butler has a 9.34 GAA recording 55 saves in 430:18 minutes.
