King's Women's Basketball Travels to FDU-Florham Saturday
Madison, N.J.—The King's College women's basketball team travels to FDU-Florham for an early Freedom Conference test against the Devils Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at the Ferguson Recreation Center.

King's is 1-0 in the Freedom Conference and 3-2 overall after scoring a 75-69 win over Delaware Valley Monday night. The Devils moved to 3-1 on the year and 1-0 in league play after a 71-56 decision against DeSales.
Entering Saturday's contest the Lady Monarchs offense has posted 71.2 points per game. Senior guard Celia Rader is King's leading scorer averaging 19.2 points per contest. Fellow senior Katlin Michaels has done it all for the Lady Monarchs posting 15.2 points, 8.8 assists and 7.6 rebounds per game following a triple-double of 13 points, 13 helpers and 11 boards against Delaware Valley.
Sophomore forward Marissa Manning has chipped in 13.0 points and 4.4 rebounds per game. Lindsay Atchison adds 10.2 points, 7.6 rebounds and 3.0 dimes per outing. Ashely Davies is the Lady Monarchs leading rebounder pulling down 8.4 boards to go with 6.4 points.
FDU-Florham is scoring 69.0 points per game led by 17.5 points per game from Leigh-Ann Lively. Kyra Dayon averages 14.3 points and 5.0 rebounds per contest. Jaleesa Lewis is the third Devil averaging double-figure scoring with 10.8.
Following the matchup with FDU the Lady Monarchs will host Penn State-Schuylkill on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. at Scandlon Gymnasium.
