KING'S WOMEN'S CAGERS TRAVELING TO FACE NEUMANN
WILKES-BARRE — The King's College women's basketball team will prep for its return to Freedom Conference play next week when the Lady Monarchs travel to face Neumann University in a non-conference matchup Saturday at 1:00 p.m. in Aston.

King's enters the game with a 6-4 overall record after posting a 71-66 victory over Lycoming College on Thursday. Neumann, meanwhile, stands at 4-7 following a 74-55 triumph over Valley Forge Christian Academy on Thursday.
The Lady Monarchs are paced by their senior guard tandem of
Celia Rader and
Katlin Michaels. Rader tops the squad with 16.0 points and 3.3 rebounds while converting 36 three-pointers. Michaels follows with 13.5 points, 6.7 assists, 6.2 rebounds, and 3.1 steals per-game. Senior forward
Lindsay Atchison adds 7.6 points and 5.4 rebounds while sophomore forward
Ashley Davies contributes 6.3 points and 6.3 rebounds. Senior forward
Molly Dahl chips in with 4.8 points and 4.3 boards. King's is averaging 71.1 points each game while allowing 67.4.
The Knights are led by Erica Marvel who averages 13.0 points with 22 three-pointers. Senior forward Bethany Humenik follows with 10.3 points and 6.6 rebounds. Freshman forward JoHanna Metzger adds 10.2 points and 6.3 rebounds while junior forward Colleen Hinde chips in with 7.7 points and 3.1 rebounds. Neumann averages 67.2 points while yielding 67.5 points per-game.
The Lady Monarchs will resume Freedom Conference play on Wednesday with a 6:00 p.m. home matchup with DeSales University.
