King's Competes at the Ursinus Track and Field Festival

COLLEGEVILLE, PA (April 6, 2025) -- On Saturday, the King's College outdoor track and field teams wrapped up their weekend at Ursinus' Track and Field Festival in Collegeville, PA. The Monarchs had one individual win and four top-10 finishes.
 
On the Track
200 Meter Dash

Andrew Novrocki took ninth overall in 22.42 seconds, while Alek Gorski crossed in 23.19 seconds. Rowan's Eli Hendricks was the first to cross in 21.77 seconds.
 
400 Meter Dash
Andrew Novrocki won the event in 48.80 seconds, and Alek Gorski placed 11th in 51.07 seconds.
 
800 Meter Run
Owen Foytack took second in the race with a time of 1:54.50. Ursinus alumni Tucker McGrath was the top finisher in 1:54.30.            
 
100 Meter Hurdles
Victoria Zultevicz placed sixth overall in 16.03 seconds. Division II Bloomsburg's Abby Praise won the event in 15.05 seconds.
 
110 Meter Hurdles
Travis Lane ran a time of 18.88 seconds. Rowan's Kwaku Nkrumah was the top finisher in 14.10 seconds.
 
In the Field
Long Jump

Travis Lane recorded a jump of 5.55 meters. Susquehanna's Austin Hurrell was the top finisher with a mark of 6.87 meters.
 
Javelin Throw
Travis Lane finished 11th overall with a mark of 46.98 meters. Jayden McKean from the host Ursinus won the event with a throw of 68.31 meters.
 
Shot Put
On the men's side, Travis Lane finished with a throw of 11.30 meters. Georgian Court's Robbie Babson was the top finisher with a mark of 16.53 meters.
 
Victoria Zultevicz recorded a mark of 6.35 meters in the event. Isabelle Deal of Rowan had the top mark in the event with a toss of 13.92 meters.

The Monarchs will be back in action this upcoming weekend as they take on the Bucknell Outdoor Classic out in Lewisburg, PA.
